Classrooms a small society there

         The classroom is a small society where you as the teacher can found in the classroom different types of students, different types of style of lives where they have to learn in the same Classroom. We can change the thinking of our students and know them that all are equal, all have the same opportunities.

First, the discrimination does that bullying is in the Classroom. When you are discrimination, you start doing bullying to your Classmates. In many times, the students have almost the same ideas of their parents then they follow these ideas.For example; Some families are racist then when their child have a classmate who is the different skin of her/his then they start with some comments about that or say things offensives.

Second, Each student has their bad, problems, many cases their classmates are inhuman and they take it as a joke. In the school, you can hear some students tell you their problems or tell their classmates,but sometimes their classmates take classmates’ problems like a joke and this reason this person would be bad, sad and feel terrible that the people like to laugh at each other's problems and this world is cruel.

On the other hand, you can change their minds through the values of respect and tolerance. You can show them with respect and tolerance we can have a better world. When you treat people with respect, you are doing a better world because you do not know what happens with the other people, you do not know their problems due to we need to be more humans between us. We need to respect the opinions the other, not at all have the same opinions or ideas, accept and listen to them it is a step to change.

Finally, the discrimination in Colombia all days we can see that but it depends on us if we want to continue to follow in the same things or we want to change with values with respect, tolerance, and compression to others.
