Stephen Brookfield is a scholar in adult education who holds the John Ireland Endowed Chair at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota. In the video, Stephen talks about the definition of creative and critical thinking and how to do that the students develop this.

He said that Critical Thinking is a process when you start developing awareness of the assumptions of our life or the way we do the things. Then, we need to do critical thinking to take decisions more analytical and more informed

Creative Thinking is the way you can see the things, the person who is creative can see with different points of view. Those people have the ability to generate many interpretations, perspectives, and responses to multiple answers.

Casual, prescriptive and paradigmatic these three words are important because are based the way we do the things, we act, the decisions of our life. Casual explain to sequence of events of our life, prescriptive is about how should happens the things and how we do to avoid to happen and the last one is paradigmatic is about assumptions of common sense in the structuring of that.
