Outline- Could the use of ICTs improve the English learning process in Colombia?, why? Thesis: The ICTs can be good or bad in the classroom. It all depends on the way you teach English. Support arguments: If you know how to use of technologies, you could make them learn in an interesting and fun way. You can teach differently by changing the methodology and instructing them to the proper the good use of technologies. Opposing arguments: -They can be distracted by being on a computer or on a cell phone doing other things than studying.
