Consider what you could do to manage these barriers in the next few months. Misunderstanding of what is meant by criticism: We think that criticism is synonymous with a look or say negative comments on people but we can change that if we start having a critical thinking. Now, the teenagers have more critical thinking because in their schools the teachers implement this method so that they have a broad criterion and a generalized vision of the world. Do you recognize anything of yourself in Bodner's description of students? What effect would the approach he suggests have on your learning and understanding? Yes, I identify with Borner's description of students because I think it is necessary that our students can use the theory and realia. These two elements could better language of them. If they have the knowledge and practice what they learn in class, they couldn't forget it because it is an exercise that helps them to understand more English.

For me, the things I find most difficult about challenging the opinions of other people are : *Trust more in me I think that in many cases I need to be more conscious about who I am because when I have a viewpoint different in something and we have to debate about topic or something like that, I do not have enough perseverance to defend what I say then I start thinking that my classmates are right and I am wrong. I will deal with this by Believing more in me because I know and I need to express my ideas in the correct way.

For me, the emotions that are most difficult to manage when others disagree with me are: * Frustrated * E xhaustion I feel frustrated when the other person does not understand my viewpoint and this person decides to rip into me then in that moment I do not know how to explain or say the correct words. Exhaustion because in many cases when you know someone who has a different point of you, you spend a lot of time trying to explain to them. My deal with this is by: I will have calm when I am in these situations
