Emotional self-management
For me, the emotions that are most difficult to manage when others disagree with me are:
* Frustrated
* Exhaustion
I feel frustrated when the other person does not understand my viewpoint and this person decides to rip into me then in that moment I do not know how to explain or say the correct words.

Exhaustion because in many cases when you know someone who has a different point of you, you spend a lot of time trying to explain to them.
My deal with this is by: I will have calm when I am in these situations
